1. Download and install ProteinViewerApp, then open the app and sign in or continue as a guest. 2. Load a structure by entering a PDB ID or importing a local PDB or mmCIF file. 3. Navigate the 3D model by dragging to rotate, scrolling to zoom, and using the toolbar to center or reset the view. 4. Change representations and colors by selecting cartoon, surface, or sticks, and color by chain, residue, or secondary structure. 5.
